I love mend! This is my second time here. I originally came with some friends as part of a birthday celebration, liked it so much I just had to come back! Came in after Paintball Practice this past Sunday. I’m a little skeptical about the cryotherapy so decided to try out compression therapy on both my arms and legs. All I can say is wow, very nice relaxing atmosphere, and it felt like a thorough deep tissue massage. Left there feeling great, and I’ll back for the same thing and try the Cryo treatment as well. To top it off the staff are really very nice and accommodating!- O.P.
