What is PEMF Therapy?
PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to energize low-level cells in your body and is completely non-invasive. The PEMF uses a device that penetrates a series of magnetic frequencies into the body to help with pain in the tendons, organs, bones, joints, and other common area problems.
Sessions last a minimum of 30 minutes but generally, we recommend 1-hour sessions to receive the full benefit of the treatment.
Does PEMF Therapy Hurt?
No, you will feel a gentle pulsing or tapping. The intensity and comfort level can be controlled by you. Many times our clients doze off during their sessions.

Came in after Paintball Practice this past Sunday. I’m a little skeptical about the cryotherapy so decided to try out compression therapy on both my arms and legs. All I can say is wow, very nice relaxing atmosphere, and it felt like a thorough deep tissue massage. Left there feeling great, and I’ll back for the same thing and try the Cryo treatment as well.
