What is PEMF Therapy?
PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to energize low-level cells in your body and is completely non-invasive. The PEMF uses a device that penetrates a series of magnetic frequencies into the body to help with pain in the tendons, organs, bones, joints, and other common area problems.
Sessions last a minimum of 30 minutes but generally, we recommend 1-hour sessions to receive the full benefit of the treatment.
Does PEMF Therapy Hurt?
No, you will feel a gentle pulsing or tapping. The intensity and comfort level can be controlled by you. Many times our clients doze off during their sessions.

Love this place. I head over for cryotherapy anytime I’m sore from exercising or have stiff joints. It has helped me recover from a shoulder injury as well.
