I had a great experience being helped by Chris and Matt for some muscle pain I'd been having for weeks that would not go away. One trip into the full body cyrotherapy machine, followed up by a LED heating-pad type device to the muscle had me feeling better for the first time in weeks. From here I plan on buying a membership and coming in regularly because it was that good and helpful and something I want to do often. I will definitely be back. Thanks MEND!

Love this place. I head over for cryotherapy anytime I’m sore from exercising or have stiff joints. It has helped me recover from a shoulder injury as well. I love this place!!! Great service and I love all the different amenities they offer. I go after a workout to help my muscles recover, for my ankle that has caused me pain since I was a kid, new aches and pains, and sometimes just because it feels awesome to get in the sauna.
